Strategic Development Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Asset Management team as a Strategic Development Surveyor, focussing on the delivery of Council development sites with the primary focus being Daedalus.

Daedalus is the Borough’s largest employment site extending to approximately 369 acres.  It has two business parks totalling 143 acres.  The vision of the site is to become a premier location for aviation, aerospace engineering and advanced manufacturing businesses, creating many skilled employment opportunities.  Further information on the site is available at www.faradayatdaedalus.co.uk.

As part of our highly talented service, you will have some background in commercial development and site planning and will be able to work at both a strategic and operational level.

You’ll meet with a wide variety of challenges so need market facing experience of property along with drive.  Negotiating transactions alongside external agents will be part of the role so influence, persuasiveness and excellent interpersonal skills are important. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
